My name is Carmen, owner of CLF Design. I am a freelance web designer and graphic artist. In the late 80's to mid 90's I successfully ran "Quick-Call Clerical," a desktop publishing & word processing business.
In early 2000 I began to further my education in Web Design & Graphic Art. In mid 2013, CLF Design was born in my heart and mind and extensive preparation began.
